We focus on delivery. You keep using your own shop, payment provider and marketing tools.
Most of our customers are one person, or a few. People selling patterns, sample packs, presets, e-books, plugins, print files and back issues. Some of them have been with us for more than a decade.
Who runs it
FetchApp is run by a small team. When you email support, Monday to Friday, you reach the people who build the product. We can look at your account and help with a specific order or a question about your setup. How support works →

What is being worked on
We are rebuilding the software behind FetchApp in stages, covering order processing, store connections, email and billing. Deliveries continue while that work happens.

We do not publish release dates for planned features. If you need something specific, ask us. We will tell you whether it is available, planned, or outside our plans, and help you find the relevant guide.

The FetchApp referral programme is closed. Referral links are inactive, and there is no signup or waiting list.
