This website sets no cookies.
We count visits to www.fetchapp.com without setting cookies or storing identifiers on your device. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

What this website stores
A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to keep and send back on every later request. Cookies can let a site recognise you across pages and visits.
This website sets no session or analytics cookies, uses no advertising or marketing tags, and does not track you across other sites. Its pages are the same for every visitor.
If you switch the site between light and dark
using the control in the footer, your choice is written to your browser’s local storage
under the name fa-theme. Local storage is not a cookie: it is never attached to a
request, so this preference is never sent to us. It keeps your chosen colour scheme
when you open another page. Clearing your browser’s
site data removes it, and the site returns to following your system setting.
Fonts and icons are served from this website. Your browser does not need to contact a third-party font provider, which would receive your IP address and information about the page you were reading.
Signing in is different
Your FetchApp account is separate from this website. It uses an address such as
your-store.fetchapp.com and sets a cookie when you sign in.
When you sign in, the application sets a session cookie so that the next page you open knows it is still you. Without it you would be asked for your password on every screen. That cookie is what the law calls strictly necessary: it is required to deliver a service you asked for, it is set only after you sign in, and it is not used to build a profile of you or shared with anyone for advertising. Signing out or closing your session ends it.
Buyers who follow a download link open a delivery page. They do not need to sign in to a FetchApp account. How delivery works →
How we count visits
We count page views to understand which pages people use. We run the analytics tool, Umami, ourselves at our own web address. We do not send your visit to an analytics company.
It stores nothing on your device. No cookie, no identifier, nothing that could recognise you tomorrow or follow you to another site. What it records is the page, roughly where in the world the request came from, and what kind of device and browser it was, none of which is tied to a person. There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixel and no session recorder.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, it records nothing at all.
If you want to check any of this yourself, open your browser’s developer tools, load any page on this site, and look at the storage panel.

Common questions
Why is there no cookie banner?
This website does not store or read anything on your device that requires consent, including for analytics. If we add a tool that does, we will add a consent banner in the same release and update this policy before the tool is introduced.
You say you count page views. Does that not need a cookie?
Our counter runs at our own web address and stores no cookie or identifier in your browser. It also respects a Do Not Track signal from your browser and records nothing when that signal is sent.
Is the theme setting tracking me?
No. It is a single word, either light or dark, held in your browser’s local storage. The setting is not sent with requests to our servers, and we do not receive it. It is saved only when you use the theme control.
Does the FetchApp application set cookies?
Yes, one session cookie, after you sign in, so that you stay signed in as you move between screens. It is required for the application to work at all. It is not used for advertising and it is not shared.
Do my buyers get cookies from a FetchApp download link?
A buyer following a delivery link is fetching their file. They are not signed in to anything and no account session is created for them. What a buyer receives →
Who do I ask about data held on my account?
Email [email protected] from an address on the account. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and how long it is kept, and the sub-processor list names every outside company that touches it. Sub-processors →
