Documentation
Get started with FetchApp, connect your store, deliver files and license keys, and find help with orders, downloads and your account.
Find help setting up your store, sending files to customers, and managing your FetchApp account. If you are new here, start with a test order so you can see the delivery experience for yourself.

The quickstart takes you from signup to your first delivery in about fifteen minutes. You will connect your store, upload a file, attach it to a product, and send a test order to your own inbox.
Two things to check before testing: your product needs an attached file, and its product code (called a SKU) must match the code in your store. The quickstart walks through both with an example.
Still exploring? What FetchApp is explains how it works with your store and which parts of selling you manage separately.
Help with your store
- Connecting Shopify: Set up the Shopify integration, add download links to your store, and check orders that have not arrived in FetchApp.
- A missing delivery email: Follow the download email didn’t arrive. It includes steps you can share with your customer, plus checks to make in your account.
- Selling license keys: Learn how to add and deliver keys, check how many are left, and see which order received each key.
- Moving from another service: Import past orders from a CSV to give existing customers access to their files through FetchApp.
- Signing in: Find your account address or reset your password.
- Choosing your settings: Review storage, download and delivery limits before a launch or a large import.
Building a custom connection
If a developer is connecting your store or another system, the API guide explains where to find credentials and the full reference. You do not need to use the API to set up the Shopify or PayPal integration.
