Find your FetchApp account address, reset your password, or open FetchApp from Shopify. Get help with signup and billing questions.

Each FetchApp account has its own sign-in address, using the handle you chose at signup. The handle is the name before .fetchapp.com:

https://<handle>.fetchapp.com/admin/login

Enter that name on the sign-in page to open your account. If you use Shopify, you can also open FetchApp from Apps in your Shopify admin.

Finding your handle

Try one of these places:

  1. Shopify: Open Apps and launch FetchApp. It opens your connected account without asking for a separate FetchApp handle or password.
  2. Your browser history: Search for fetchapp.com and look for your account name at the start of the address.
  3. A delivery email: Check a download link in a test email or a customer’s delivery email. It usually includes your handle, unless you use your own store domain for downloads.
  4. Your receipts: FetchApp invoices include the account name.

Still cannot find it? Contact support and we will help you find your account.

Resetting your password

Open your account’s sign-in page at https://<handle>.fetchapp.com/admin/login and use the forgotten-password link. Look for an email from [email protected] and follow the instructions to choose a new password.

If the message does not arrive, check spam and any filtered folders. For more help finding FetchApp messages, see email delivery help.

“That address is already taken” at signup

You may have started an account with that handle earlier, even if you did not finish confirming your email. Ask support to help recover it before creating another account. Keeping one account avoids separate subscriptions and keeps your products together.

The support portal is a different account

Your support-portal login is for viewing help tickets. It is separate from your FetchApp account and does not give access to your products or orders. To manage your store’s FetchApp account, use the sign-in page or open FetchApp through Shopify.

When billing is managed through Shopify

If you installed from the Shopify App Store, your subscription appears on your Shopify invoice. Manage those charges in Shopify under Settings → Billing; you do not need to add a payment card in FetchApp.

  • Closing your account: Uninstalling the Shopify app does not close your FetchApp account. Close the account too if you are leaving, and check your next Shopify invoice.
  • Unexpected duplicate charges: You may have a direct FetchApp subscription and a separate Shopify-connected account. Contact support with the account details so we can help identify the charges before you cancel either account.

If you are unsure how you are billed, check your FetchApp account screen. It shows either Shopify billing or your payment card. The same plans and prices apply to both.

Next: sign in. If you are setting up for the first time, continue with the quickstart.
