Your account has an address like your-store.fetchapp.com. Enter the part before .fetchapp.com to open your sign-in page.
Need help finding your account?
You have forgotten the address. Open any FetchApp delivery email your buyers have received: unless you use your own domain, the download links start with your handle. You can also check your FetchApp invoices, welcome email or saved bookmarks. If you still cannot find it, email support with the email address on the account and your store name. You installed from the Shopify App Store. Open FetchApp from the Apps list in your Shopify admin. You do not need to enter your handle, and Shopify manages the billing. If you also signed up directly on our site, you have two separate accounts and subscriptions. We can help you work out which one to keep. Email support →
You bought something and it hasn’t arrived. Your download belongs to the shop you bought from, so you do not need a FetchApp account. We need to know which shop it was to find your order. Contact the shop or read why the download email didn’t arrive →.
