Paste license keys into each product, one per line or separated by commas. You can copy a column from a CSV, but the key screen does not accept a file upload. FetchApp delivers an available key with each unit sold, and you can export assignments later. Load and manage keys →
Match each SKU exactly. The product code in FetchApp must match the one in your store, including capital letters and spacing. A mismatch prevents that product from delivering. Set up matching products →

A CSV of past orders lets FetchApp rebuild download access for existing customers. Products with license keys claim available keys during import, so test a small batch and check assignments before importing the rest. Existing SendOwl links cannot move with you. They stop working when your SendOwl account closes. Send customers their new FetchApp links before you close it, so they know where to find their files.
From an exported order to a new download

You place a test order
Place a test order with the new setup. Open the email, download the files and check any license keys before taking live orders.

Do my past customers have to do anything?
They will need their new download links once your SendOwl account closes. Import past orders to restore access, then choose when to email the new links. Customers can also find them through order lookup. How the order import works →
Can I get my data back out again?
Yes. Export license-key assignments as a CSV from your admin. Your orders are also available through the API on plans with API access, including by date range. Key records and exports →

What if my catalogue is bigger than your storage tiers?
From the Business tier, you can use your own S3 or Cloudflare R2 storage and give FetchApp the file links. Your files stay with that provider, which charges its own storage rates. Storage options →
