One flat fee. Based on what you store, not what you sell.
Choose a plan for the files you store with us. There are no per-order fees or revenue share, so selling more on the same plan leaves your monthly fee unchanged.

Storage means the files you keep with FetchApp at any one time. Delete a file and that space becomes available again. From the Business tier, you can host files yourself and give FetchApp their links. Your storage provider bills you separately. What counts against your storage →
See what you would pay
Adjust the storage and sales sliders to compare costs. FetchApp pricing follows your storage tier. SendOwl’s plan follows your yearly sales and orders, and percentage-based fees grow with every sale.
At orders a month your FetchApp bill is . It is the same at ten times that.
Competitor figures are published prices, checked on the date shown. SendOwl's figure is the plan its published ladder gives for a year at the orders and order value you set; above its highest published tier we show the lowest Business price. Percentage models are calculated from the same orders and order value. None of these are quotes.

Questions about billing
The ones that come up most often.
What happens if I go over my storage?
If your library is nearing your storage allowance, you can choose a larger plan or use your own storage from the Business tier. Contact us before renewal if you would like help choosing or moving files. What counts against your storage →
What counts as storage, exactly?
The files in your FetchApp library count towards storage. Order volume, file transfers and license keys do not. Deleting a file frees its space, and a file attached to several products is stored and counted once. Storage and other limits →
Do you meter bandwidth?
No. There is no per-gigabyte transfer charge or bandwidth overage fee. If you regularly transfer more than a terabyte a month, get in touch so we can plan capacity with you. Bandwidth details →
Can I use my own S3 bucket?
Yes, from the Business tier. Host files in your own S3 or Cloudflare R2 storage and give FetchApp their links; your storage provider charges its own rates. Check that buyers can open a test download, and review your storage access settings if you see an access error. Own-storage options →
Can delivery emails come from my own domain?
Yes, from the Business tier. Tell support which domain you want to send from and we will set it up with you: you add a few DNS records, and once they check out, your delivery emails come from an address on your domain. Ask support →
How do I cancel?
Cancel or downgrade in your FetchApp admin. Uninstalling the Shopify app does not close your FetchApp account: it removes access to your store, and any separate direct subscription keeps running until you cancel it. If you cannot sign in, we can help you find your account. Signing in →
I installed through Shopify. Who bills me?
An App Store subscription appears on your Shopify invoice; a subscription started on our site is billed directly by FetchApp. Signing up both ways can leave you with two subscriptions, so check your FetchApp admin to see whether Shopify manages your billing. Contact us if you are unsure before starting another subscription. How Shopify billing works →
